By opting in to Hermes messaging, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages related to Hermes features, such as confirmations, reminders you request, and summaries you enable. Message frequency is determined by you based on your usage and settings. Higher pricing tiers may add additional features and messaging capacity.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to use Hermes to:

• Send spam or unlawful content
• Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own
• Transmit sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service

Hermes may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any critical actions (for example: scheduling, customer communication, or financial decisions).

Hermes is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Hermes may offer the ability to connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to enable social media posting via SMS. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Hermes to publish content on your behalf only when you explicitly approve each post.

You are solely responsible for the content you approve for posting. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to post such content and that it complies with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, and applicable law.

You can disconnect your social accounts at any time. Hermes will immediately cease posting on your behalf upon disconnection.

Your use of Facebook and Instagram features is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service.
